With a love for color and texture, Erika has been interior designing for over 20 years. Her background in art and textile design, brings a unique perspective to the interior spaces that she creates. Erika has fine-tuned her ability to read a clients needs and respond with innovative design solutions making the process easy for the client and ultimately providing a very personal service.
Jennifer Steele
Interior Designer
Jennifer strives to create unique spaces that fit the functional needs of her clients, while still capturing their taste in any style. With a BFA in Interior Design from the University of New Haven, Jennifer not only possesses a talent for design, she has the knowledge to back it up. Jennifer approaches each new project with excitement, knowing she can help her clients achieve their dream space.

Nancy has been designing for Plum & Crimson for more than 9 years. Her affinity for interior design first emerged as a teenager when she spent her summers wallpapering the homes of friends and family members. Her proclivity and strength lies in a timeless traditional approach to decorating. Nancy is focused on serving her customers by listening and bringing solutions to meet their goals and budgets.

Design Coordinator
Jennifer is the newest member of the design team. She brings with her a keen eye for detail and experience as a selections coordinator for new home construction. With prior experience in assisting design projects, she is excited to collaborate on transforming spaces into beautiful, functional environments.
